The Japanese automotive company specialise in a wide variety motorbike categories, selling huge numbers in all areas. It is worth noting the highest selling motorcycle in the world is the C90 Super Cub, one of Honda first creations in the bike market.

The Honda Motor Company was founded in 1948 in Japan and began manufacturing motorcycles 7 years later in 1955. They quickly expanded to exporting to the US, Europe and the rest of the world and growing into an automotive superpower ever since. Honda are also a popular choice with learner bikers, with a good range of small engined 125cc motorcycles available. The most popular is probably the previously mentioned Honda CBR125, a learner legal 4 stroke motorbike with the looks of a bigger sports model. Well built and reliable, the CBR125 combines good handling and stability to make it a perfect starter motorcycle for many teenagers. Other learner legal bikes from Honda include the NSR125, CB125, CG125 and Varadero XL125.
